 Club officers:

Charlie                  N0AKC       President

Bob Rhorssen     KB9PJL       Vice President

David Aho           N9TTX        Secretary

Allan Schlaugat   N9ISN         Treasurer

If the Club Callsign of K9CVC is used for an event or individual contact, all I (N9TTX) ask is that the contact or CT log for contest effort have the following information, and that it be submitted to me (N9TTX), so I can put it in the club paper log as I am QSL manager for the call:

(Standard ARRL Logbook info or CT log info for example)

1.       Date

2.       Frequency

3.       Mode

4.       Power

5.       Time (UTC please)

6.       Station worked

7.       Report (RST or Grid or Both) – or standard Contest exchange

8.       Comments (if any) such as aurora, name, state, country, etc…

If submitting a score for a contest, please use the name “Chippewa Valley VHF Contesters” for the club name.  The robot will bounce it back if it is not correct or in the case of paper submissions, it will not get credited to the club for club competition scoring.

The club reflector and website addresses are as follows:

Email reflector:      cvvhf@cvvhf.org

Website:           http://www.cvvhf.org

Website domain is hosted by Paul Brooten – KB9TYC

Website editor is Justin Glasener – K9MU

If you know of anyone who wishes to become part of the club, either direct them to the club reflector to express an interest, or to contact the secretary for a membership form.  There will be a membership form on the website along with the past meetings and newsletters as well as the constitution and bylaws.  Paul has converted these to PDF.  Thanks.
